About Us

New parts only came from sealed sets or P-A-B cups. All the new parts’ quality came straight from their package and handled as little as possible to keep their condition good. However, some new parts might still come with slight scratches due to the packaging and handling of the sealed sets prior to being parted out. 

Used parts came from bulk lots or old built sets. Used parts are all washed and clean, we sort all of the used products as carefully and as meticulously as we can. Used parts/minifigs may come with slight imperfections (discolorations and some play wear). We try our best to remove parts that are fake, severely damaged or discolored, but we may still miss some parts to pass our quality control. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of the products you received please do not hesitate to contact me via Bricklink messaging and we will try our best to come up with a solution.

Minifigures might be shipped assembled or unassembled in individual bags (both new and used).

We usually ship the same day when orders are placed before 3pm (PST). Bigger orders might take 1-2 days to be shipped. We only ship via USPS and we provide tracking number for all orders. We offer insurance for orders that weighs atleast 1lb or more.
